How the price is built: the one-time fee covers creating and deploying your assistant. You then pay monthly based on real token usage. We measure exact usage and cost during testing on your scenarios — visible in the ENIQ portal.

Guideline calculator

What one request costs.

The monthly price depends on token usage. Here's a rough estimate — it strongly depends on the chosen model and your traffic, so treat it as a ballpark. We'll find exact numbers during testing.

APPROX. PER REQUEST
APPROX. PER MONTH

Rough estimate only, rate ≈ 24 CZK/USD. We measure real usage per request and recalculate it in the ENIQ portal. Not an offer or a binding price.

How token usage is calculated (details)

Inference is billed separately for input and output tokens, always according to the specific model chosen. Input tokens include the user’s question, system instructions, conversation history and any context from documents. Output tokens are the model’s answer.

We assume a more capable open-source model — this type of assistant needs a larger context, better multilingual handling, reasoning and more stable answers than a smaller everyday model.

Indicative consumption per request: a simple question roughly 1,000–3,000 input + 300–800 output tokens; a normal question with documents roughly 4,000–10,000 input + 500–1,500 output; a more complex request roughly 10,000–25,000+ input + 1,000–3,000 output.

Request price = (input tokens / 1,000,000 × the model’s input price) + (output tokens / 1,000,000 × the model’s output price). Example: a model at USD 0.60/1M input and USD 3.60/1M output, a request of 6,000 input + 1,000 output ≈ USD 0.0072.

We will know the final figures after testing on real scenarios. Token measurement for every request is part of the rollout, so you will see consumption and cost calculated precisely in the ENIQ portal.

Why it makes sense

Simple economics, no magic.

An assistant starts at roughly 4,500 CZK and runs around the clock. When it takes over even part of routine communication, it gives your team hours back — for the work that needs a human. And no query goes unanswered, even after hours.

COST

From roughly 4,500 CZK + monthly by real usage. No payroll, sick days or overtime.

WHAT COMES BACK

Team time spent on repetitive work — and inquiries that would otherwise go unanswered and leave for a competitor.

RESULT

For most companies the cost pays off in time saved and inquiries captured. We'll calculate the exact impact on your numbers during the consultation.

FAQ's

We have the answers you're looking for

In this section you'll find clear answers to the most frequent questions — from how our solutions work in practice to deployment details.

We help companies speed up operations, reduce the team's routine work and improve communication with customers. We design digital assistants (email / phone) and digital website assistants — all connected to your existing systems. The goal is greater efficiency without losing control over the customer experience.
It makes sense especially when your team spends a significant part of its time on repetitive customer communication, handles manual admin, can't reply fast enough, or you want to scale the company further without adding headcount.
It doesn't have to — it always depends on how you set the solution up and what you expect from it. Our solutions take over routine, repetitive tasks. The human team can focus on more complex queries, building relationships and strategy. The technology is meant to free up capacity, not remove the personal touch.
A digital assistant communicates like an experienced team member. Based on predefined rules and connections to your systems, it can answer frequent questions, qualify enquiries, provide information about services and terms of cooperation, handle requests and pass more complex cases to the right person on the team.
The website assistant works as an intelligent advisor right on your website. It helps visitors find their way around your offering, recommends the right solution, answers questions and guides them to the right step — whether that's a purchase, an enquiry or a booking.
We connect the assistant to your existing systems — CRM, inventory, bookings or internal databases — so it works with live data. In practice this means processing requests, syncing data between systems, automatic notifications or regular performance reports. It all runs in the background as part of the solution.
Yes. We use our own framework and proven building blocks, but we always adapt every deployment to your company's specific processes. We don't install a universal template — we build the solution around how your operation actually works.
Deployment happens gradually. We start with analysis, define scenarios and then connect the solution to your systems. Your operation isn't interrupted and the impact on day-to-day running is minimal.
The price depends on the scope of the solution and the complexity of the integrations. We don't sell a universal package — we always first assess what brings real value, and only then prepare a proposal.

We'll give you a price based on your numbers.
