Filling in the form is voluntary. Without an e-mail address, however, we cannot reply to you.
3. Who we pass the data to
We do not sell it to anyone. We do, however, use services that process it on our behalf for technical reasons:
- FormSubmit — delivery of submitted forms to our e-mail
- Google Ireland Ltd. — Google Analytics (traffic measurement, only with your consent), Google Calendar + Meet (bookings and video calls)
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting
- Digital assistant on the website — we run it on our own server; to generate a reply, the conversation content is passed to the language model provider (OpenRouter Inc.)
Some of these processors are based outside the EU (USA). The transfer relies on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, or on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
4. Cookies and browser data
The website stores small pieces of data in your browser so it remembers your settings:
- eniq-theme — the chosen light/dark mode
- eniq-lang — the chosen language
- the fact that you have already closed the newsletter window
- eniq-cookies — your decision about traffic measurement
- Google Analytics cookies for traffic measurement
Traffic measurement starts only once you consent in the bar shown on your first visit. Nothing is stored in your browser before you decide. You can change your decision at any time — change measurement settings. Site functionality is not affected.
5. Automated decision-making and model training
The digital assistant on this website answers questions and passes them to our team. It does not decide anything that would produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you — there is therefore no automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
We do not use conversation content to train language models. It serves to answer your question and to improve the assistant’s replies; it is passed to the model provider only so that a reply can be generated.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- know what data we hold about you and obtain a copy of it,
- have it corrected or completed,
- have it erased (the “right to be forgotten”),
- restrict its processing,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- transfer it to another provider,
- withdraw consent at any time (for the newsletter, via the link in every e-mail).
