About us

We're the team that builds and trains your digital assistant — custom-made.

We combine experience from different industries to create digital solutions that save time, reduce errors and increase performance.

Experience across industries

Our team includes people from customer communication, business operations and development, so we understand processes across different segments and industries.

A partner, not just a vendor

We see cooperation as long-term — we work through changes with you, track results and look for further growth opportunities.

From idea to operation in one team

We handle analysis, design, development and deployment, so one well-coordinated team runs the whole project from start to finish.

Why ENIQ was founded

It started with a personal experience.

As a customer of online stores I kept hitting the same thing — support replied late and no one answered the phone.

I figured this must be solvable — first for myself, then for other companies and their customers.

Tak vznikl ENIQ

We create digital assistants that respond and work like a human — only 24/7, with no breaks and no pauses. The customer doesn't wait and never hits a busy line.

Where we are heading

We want a fast reply to be the normal standard. Not a privilege of the biggest.

The everyday routine around questions — order status, availability, returns, delivery dates — should take care of itself. People in the company then have time for what no machine can do: difficult cases, offers and relationships with customers. Support should not disappear. It just should not be done in someone spare evening.

You will not get a template

We build every assistant on your data, your tone and your procedures. That is also why you will not have it by the afternoon.

You will not get a promise without proof

When the assistant is not sure, it says so and hands over to a person. It does not invent availability, delivery dates or specifications it does not have in the data.

It does not decide about money

A refund, a cancellation or an exception is never approved by the assistant alone. It prepares the case and your person decides.

The team behind ENIQ

The founder, the team and how we actually work

FAQs

We have the answers you're looking for

In this section you'll find clear answers to the most common questions — from how our solutions work in practice to the details of deployment.

Usually yes — and that is fine. We introduce the assistant as an assistant, never as Jana from support; pretending to be human always backfires. What a customer notices immediately is the difference between a specific answer in seconds and waiting until morning. Tone, the way it addresses people and even sentence length are tuned to the way you speak, so it sounds like your company.
This is the most common worry and we take it seriously. The assistant answers from your approved knowledge base and your systems, not from the internet. When it has no basis for something, it says so and hands the conversation to a person with the full context. Any answer that is off we fix within two working days and do not charge for it. And before the assistant goes anywhere near your customers, it has to pass a set of test questions you put together.
No, and that is not the goal. The assistant takes the routine: where the order is, what the opening hours are, how to return something. Your people get to the work where judgement matters — the harder cases and the customers who matter most. The workload rarely shrinks; it moves to what is worth more.
A specific operation is the rule, not the exception — which is why we do not build templates. We start by learning how things work at your place: your procedures, your exceptions, your tone and above all what must never happen. We connect the assistant to the systems where your real data lives, so it does not answer in general terms but the way you would. And if the consultation shows it does not make sense for you yet, we will tell you straight.
We quote on your own numbers: a one-off fee for building and deploying, then a fixed monthly fee for running it. And the risk is ours — the assistant does not go live until it passes a test made up of your own questions, we watch the conversations daily through the first month and keep tuning, and if it still does not hold the level we agreed on, we refund the full build fee and the first month of operation.

ENIQ becomes part of your operation.
